Introduction to the Cold Storage Project: This project involved the purchase and installation of refrigeration equipment in the storage area of the large pharmacy building of Mayinglong Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. The project included the design and construction of refrigeration equipment and control system work based on the owner's technical requirements as well as provision of necessary maintenance and other services.
The project's main unit uses the French brand "Danfoss" with the first stage using a 22HP single-head compressor, second stage using a 32HP two-parallel air-cooled unit, third stage using a 25HP two-parallel air-cooled unit and fourth stage using a 25HP three-parallel air-cooled unit. Considering that the refrigeration area does not have a stand-alone machine room, all units were designed as a monolithic structure, that is, the compressor and condenser were designed as two-in-one and can be installed outdoors without the need to consider a rain shed separately. The evaporator is a locally-produced, highly-efficient, single-sided-blower, high-temperature air cooler, which meets the requirements of medicine cool storages and room-temperature storages.

Introduction to the Cold Storage: The large medicine cold storage with total area of 1,500 square meters of Taizhou Hisun Pharmaceutical was constructed by the company. It was constructed in two phases with the front 1,000 square meters housing 4 units of 15P German Bitzer stainless-steel-box-type air-cooled unit parallel connection equipped with 4 coolers and a touch-screen electric control box to monitor the temperature of the cold storage. It also has an SMS alarm which monitors the entire cold storage situation.

Introduction to the Cold Storage: The cold storage has an area of about 10,000 cubic meters with four refrigerated storages (2℃~5℃), one freezer storage (-18℃~-23℃) and one breezeway (2℃~5℃). The cold storage uses U.S. Sick double-outlet air cooler, Bitzer piston unit, stainless-steel electric doors and other advanced technology equipment while all components use Schneider. It is mainly used to store all kinds of imported medicines, etc. The cold storage project has very high requirements for the cold storage design, engineering and construction quality. Kendall Refrigeration incorporated actual land conditions to the construction based on the owner's request and after 2 months of construction, it was able to satisfy all requirements of the owner through rich technical experience and professional construction standards.
